Pet Sitting
There many ways we can help look after your pets! Our policy is to care for your pets as you would, we try to minimise disruption to their daily routine but some pets will naturally feel more comfortable in their own homes, cats being the most notable ones, so we don't often board cats. We want your pet to enjoy their holiday with us as much as you enjoy yours! Some pets may be convalescing, that's fine we can handle that, some may be on heat or very shy too, don't worry, we are trained to cope! We not only feed and water your pets, we will spend some time with them as well, provided they are comfortable with us doing so we will play and cuddle with your pets, this is all included in the fee. Cats, dogs and rabbits must be registered with a vet and be up to date with their vaccinations. A full set of our Terms and Conditions is available upon request, just ask your pet-sitter when booking. We offer clients a free no obligation meet & greet prior to booking, this is to meet your pets and if we are visiting your home then we can see where you keep petfoods and view how you would normally care for them. Should you wish to proceed with booking Very PETicular Petcare then we require a form to be completed and signed to ensure you are covered by our insurance. This also acts as written permission for us to transport your pet to the vet for any emergency treatment which may be needed while they are in our care. Once you are registered with us you may use our service as often as you like! Your details are safe with us, we will not divulge your information without your express permission and keys are kept secure when in our possession.
DAILY PET VISITS: 1or 2 visits daily dependant upon your needs to feed, water, let out, clean, medicate your pets as necessary and make a big fuss of them. A PURRfect alternative to catteries etc as most cats prefer to remain in their own environment.

PET BOARDING: Caged pets can come and stay happily in our home in the Small Pet Hotel! Your small furry friends will have the benefit of round the clock care just as they would at home, leaving you worry free to enjoy your holiday or stay in hostpital. Please note that rabbits staying in our homes must be vaccinated against Myxamatosis, your vet can explain better than we can the reasons behind this. Please also be careful of flystrike during the warmer months!

DOG BOARDING: Your sociable dog is welcome to come and stay as one of the family. Yes, the dogs come and stay IN our homes and taken care of 24/7 just as they would be at home. Your dog can have as much affection as they can handle and lots of fun and play with resident dogs or on countryside walks. This is a PURRfect alternative if you are hesitant about using kennels. Please note, Katie cannot board un-neutered male dogs. We are taking bookings into 2010 so please book early to avoid disappointment!

HOUSE SITTING: Dependant upon availability we can stay for a few hours or over night to keep your pet company. We can arrange a no obligation visit if you wish to book this service, it's very popular as many clients have multi-pet households and so makes perfect sense to have a professional pet sitter like Very PETicular Petcare staff come and stay with them in their own homes!
